Emma Myers is a Mayan Abdominal Massage Practitioner, renowned for her specialization in addressing issues related to the womb, including experiences with birth, death, sexuality, relationships, creativity, and personal safety and belonging. Emma's philosophy is rooted in the belief that the body is a repository of both past traumas and immense wisdom, and she strives to help her clients connect and communicate with their bodies to lead lives of sovereignty and authenticity.

Her academic background includes a BA in Global Affairs, Conflict Resolution, and Consciousness and Transformation from George Mason University. Emma further enriched her expertise with a 500-hour YTT from Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nashik, India, a Death Doula Training from Doorway into the Light in Maui, Anatomy of Awakening Breathwork Facilitator Training in San Diego, CA, and Mayan Abdominal Massage Training in Guatemala. Additionally, she completed a five-month apprenticeship with Mariu Gobbato, focusing on womb work, birth work, energy work, and herbalism, and took a Miscarriage and Abortion Support Course with Samantha Zapporah.

Emma's life is a tapestry of deep, intimate friendships and relationships, enhanced by her love for singing, dancing, meditating, and embracing creativity. After spending much of her twenties traveling around the world and the US, she is now enjoying the journey of establishing roots.

Emma sees each day as an opportunity to create the life she desires. She leads a rich life, supported by practices and tools such as nourishment through local and organic foods, a morning routine of meditation, prayer, movement, and writing, and a deep connection with her womb, which has significantly transformed her life. Emma also prioritizes spending time in nature and continually seeks new ways to grow through life with an open heart, constantly adding to her repertoire of life-enhancing practices.
