Our Mission

WE BELIEVE that there is potential, possibility, an entire tree within a seed. As a seed becomes a tree, new root systems are continually growing deeper. Human beings are like trees; no matter how adverse our experiences are, there is always the potential for GROWTH, REGENERATION & RENEWAL.

EMBODIMENT Reclaiming our wholeness, experiencing this moment and rooting ourselves in the life that is right here for us happens through the body. Trauma-informed practitioners can support freeing the body and processing what is stored within.

THRIVING Purpose, balance, belonging, awakening, earth/ eco expansion, rooted, stable, self regulation

GROWTH We are dedicated to our own inner work, and following our own soul journey. We understand that limbs may only expand as high as roots have grown to stabilize. As such we organize growth around potential, truth, stability and balance.

COMMUNITY We know people heal when they feel a sense of trust and belonging. We welcome all parts of everyone.

SERVICE We are located in the heart of Baltimore, a city with a lot of heart and many challenges. We are committed to giving back to the residents of the city that has helped to foster our growth.
