HOLISTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY, KAP

Kate Bramhall (she/her), is a LGPC, NCC and has held a Masters in Counseling from UNC Charlotte for over 20 years. She is a Rogerian trained, person-centered psychotherapist who uses modalities including EMDR and KAP to support that foundation. Kate is trained in EMDR by Francine Shapiro’s EMDR institute and her training in psychedelic studies is supported through classes offered by UC Berkeley Center for the Science of Psychedelics and POLARIS.

Kate has extensive experience supporting clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, domestic violence, substance abuse, caregiver fatigue, and life transitions. In her personal and professional life she feels called to advocate for and build community around neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers.

Kate hopes to cultivate a clinical atmosphere where every story is honored, strengths and intuitions are highlighted, and challenges are met with compassion. She believes that clients should guide their therapeutic journey and she is honored to sit with them in this process.
